Imperial Ordinance No. 323
The Army Volunteer Ordinance and the Army Special Volunteer Ordinance shall both be abolished.
Supplementary Provisions:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
For those in the Army and Navy and not yet demobilized when this Ordinance comes into force, the former Ordinance shall remain effective even after the enforcement of this Ordinance, until they are demobilized.
