審議経過

朕は、昭和二十一年勅令第百九號（昭和二十年勅令第五百四十二號ポツダム宣言の受諾に伴ひ發する命令に關する件に基く就職禁止、退官、退職等に關する件）の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give my sanction to the Ordinance concerning the partial amendments of Imperial Ordinance No. 109 of the twenty-first year of Showa (1946) (the amendments pertaining to the prohibition against assuming office and the dismissal from government office or employ- ment under Imperial Ordinance of the twentieth year of Showa (1945) concerning the Orders to be issued in consequence of my acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration) and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 307
昭和二十一年勅令第百九號を次のやうに改正する。
The following amendments shall be made to Imperial Ordinance No. 109 of the twenty-first year of Showa (1946).
第一條第一項及び第二條中「勅任待遇」を「一級官待遇」に改める。
In Item 1 of Article 1, and Article 2, "treated as an official of Chokunin Rank" shall read "treated as an official of First Class."
第七條中「第一條ノ規定ノ適用」を「第一條第一項ノ指定」に改め、同條に左の一項を加へる。
In Article 7, "the application of the provisions of Item 1" shall read "the designation of Item 1 of Article 1," and the following one item shall be added to the same Article:
內閣總理大臣ハ第一條第一項ノ指定ニ關シ必要アルトキハ關係者ニ對シ資料ノ提出又ハ事實ノ說明ヲ求ムルコトヲ得
The Prime Minister may ask those who are concerned to explain the facts and to present the materials in case of need with regard to the designation of Item 1 of Article 1.
第八條中「前條」を「前條第一項」に、「同條ノ」を「同項ノ」に改める。
In Article 8, "the preceding Article" shall read "the preceding Item 1" and "the same Article" shall read "the same Item".
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
