I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Special Cases of the Radio Law In Consequence of the Operation of the Administrative Agreement under Article III of the Security Treaty between the United States of America and Japan.

Law concerning the Special Cases of the Radio Law in Consequence of the Operation of the Administrative Agreement under Article III of the Security Treaty between the United States of America and Japan
The radio stations which the United States of America uses for its armed forces for the purpose of carrying out the objectives stated in Article I of the Security Treaty between the United States of America and Japan shall, notwithstanding the provisions of the Radio Law (Law No.131 of 1950), be as determined by the Administrative Agreement under Article III of the Security Treaty between the United States of America and Japan.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of the coming into force of the Security Treaty between the United States of America and Japan.
