I hereby promulgate the Law for the Abolition of the Cabinet Order concerning the Exclusion, Removal, etc. of Member of the Educational Service.

Law for the Abolition of the Cabinet Order concerning the Exclusion, Removal, etc. of Member of the Educational Service
The Cabinet Order concerning the Exclusions, Removal, etc. of Member of the Educational Service (Cabinet Order No.62 of 1947) shall be abolished.
Supplementary Provisions:
1 This Law shall come into force as from the day of the first coming into force of the Treaty of Peace with Japan.
2 Those persons who, at the time of the enforcement of this Law, are under the application of the provision of Article 5 paragraph 1 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Exclusion, Removal, etc. of Member of the Educational Service, shall acquire, as of the date of the enforcement of this Law, the right or qualifications of receiving the pension, annuity or other allowances or benefits, public or private, unless otherwise provided for by laws and orders separately.In this case, necessary matters shall be provided for by Cabinet Order.
3 The application of the penal provisions to the act committed prior to the enforcement of this Law shall still follow the former examples.
