ポツダム宣言の受諾に伴い発する命令に関する件に基く水産関係諸命令の廃止に関する法律をここに公布する。
I hereby promulgate the Law for Abolition of Orders relating to Fishery based on the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Orders to be Issued in Consequence of the Acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration.

ポツダム宣言の受諾に伴い発する命令に関する件に基く水産関係諸命令の廃止に関する法律
Law for Abolition of Orders relating to Fishery based on the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Orders to be Issued in Consequence of the Acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration
左に掲げる命令は、廃止する。
The orders as listed below shall be abolished:
一　漁業法の罰則の特例に関する勅令（昭和二十一年勅令第五百二十九号）
(1)　Imperial Ordinance concerning Special Instances of Punishments relating to Fisheries Law (Imperial Ordinance No.529 of 1946);
二　漁船の操業区域の制限に関する政令（昭和二十四年政令第三百六号）
(2)　Cabinet Order for the Restrictions on Operation Area of Fishing Boat (Cabinet Order No.306 of 1949).
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、日本国との平和條約の最初の効力発生の日から施行する。
1　This Law shall come into force as from the day of the first coming into force of the Treaty of Peace with Japan.
２　この法律の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用に関しては、なお従前の例による。
2　The application of the penal provisions to the acts as done prior to the enforcement of this Law shall still follow the former examples.
