I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Transfer from the Special Account for the Disposal of the U. S. Aid Commodities, Etc. to Japan for Appropriation to the Expenditure of the General Account.

一般会計の歳出の財源に充てるための米国対日援助物資等処理特別会計からする繰入金に関する法律
Law concerning the Transfer from the Special Account for the Disposal of the U. S. Aid Commodities, Etc. to Japan for Appropriation to the Expenditure of the General Account
For appropriation to the expenditure of the General Account, the Government shall be authorized to make a transfer from the Special Account for the Disposal of the U. S. Aid Commodities, Etc. to Japan to the General Account, up to the amount of 4,000,000,000 yen, wihtin the fiscal year 1952-53.

Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
