1　The Government is authorized to make the transfer from the General Account to the agricultural sub-account of the Agricultural Mutual-Aid Reinsurance Special Account for the purpose of covering the shortage of revenues in the said sub-account, up to the amount of 717,875,000 yen, within the fiscal year 1952-53.

2　With respect to the transfer under the provision of the preceding paragraph, in case the surplus accrues on the settlement of the agricultural sub-account of the Agricultural Mutual-Aid Reinsurance Special Account if the balance remains further after deducting from the said surplus the amount to be transferred to the payment-fund sub-account for the reinsurance money in accordance with the provision of Article 6 paragraph 2 of the Law for the Agricultural Mutual-Aid Reinsurance Special Account (Law No.11 of 1944), the government shall make the transfer from the Agricultural Mutual-Aid Reinsurance Special Account to the General Account later on, as prescribed in the budget, up to the amount equivalent to the said transfer.
