I hereby promulgate the Law for Abolition of the Japanese Government Corporation for Housing of allied Personnel Law.

Law for Abolition of the Japanese Government Corporation for Housing of Allied Personnel Law
The Japanese Government Corporation for Housing of Allied Personnel Law (Law No.82 of 1950) shall be abolished.
Supplementary Provisions:
1 This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1952.
2 The Japanese Government Corporation for Housing of Allied Personnel (hereinafter referred to as "the Corporation" ) shall be dissolved on the day of coming into force of this Law.
3 The rights and obligations belonging to the Corporation at the time of coming into force of this Law shall be taken over by the State into the General Accounts at the time.
4 The Special Procurement Agency may take charge of the business necessary for the dissolution of the Corporation in addition to the business as provided for in Article 3 of the Special Procurement Agency Establishment Law (Law No.129 of 1949)
5 The Prime Minister shall entrust the registration of the dissolution of the Corporation to the registry offices in whose area of jurisdiction are located the head add branch offices of the Corporation.
6 Upon being entrusted with the registry mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the registry offices must promptly make the required registry.
7 The penal provisions shall apply as before to the acts committed prior to the enforcement of this Law.
8 The Special Procurement Agency Establishment Law shall be partially amended as follows:
Article 3 paragraph 1 item (4) shall be deleted.
9 The Registration Tax Law (Law No.27 of 1896) shall be partially amended as follows:
Article 19 item (1)-3 shall be deleted.
10 The registration tax for the registration of the dissolution of the Corporation mentioned in paragraph 6 of the Supplementary Provisions shall be paid in the same way as before.
11 The Stamp Law (Law No.54 of 1899) shall be partially amended as follows:
Article 5 item (6-6-2) shall be deleted, and item (6-6-3) of the same Article shall be made item (6-6-2) of the same Article.
12 The Income Tax Law (Law No.27 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 3 item (2), "and the Japanese Government Corporation for Housing of Allied Personnel" shall be deleted.
13 The Law concerning Temporary Measures for the Budget and Settlement of Accounts of Public Corporation, etc.(Law No.27 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 1, "the Japanese Government Corporation for Housing of Allied Personnel" shall be deleted.
14 The settlement of accounts of the Corporation for the fiscal year 1951-52 shall be made in the same way as before. In this case, the affairs to be administered by the Corporation shall be administered by the Director of the Special Procurement Agency.
15 The Law concerning the Responsibility of the Budget executing Officer, etc.(Law No.172 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 9 paragraph 1, "the Japanese Government Corporation for Housing of Allied Personnel" shall be deleted.
16 The Law for Calculation of Frations of Receipts and Disbursements, etc. of the Treasury (Law No.61 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 1 paragraph 1, "the Japanese Government Corporation for Housing of Allied Personnel" shall be deleted.
