郵便為替法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendment to the Postal Money Order Law
郵便為替法（昭和二十三年法律第五十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Postal Money Order Law (Law No.59 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows:
第二十四條の次に次の一條を加える。
Next to Article 24, the following one Article shall be added:
第二十四條の二（南西諸島との間の郵便為替）　本土と北緯二十九度以南の南西諸島との間において送金する場合における郵便為替については、省令で特例を設けることができる。
Article 24-(2).(Postal money order with Nansei Islands.)　As regards the postal money order in the case of the remittance between Japan proper and the Nansei Islands south of 29 degrees of North Latitude, exceptions may be setablished by Ministerial Ordinance.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、昭和二十七年四月一日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1952.
