森林火災国営保険法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Forest Fire State-Operated Insurance Law
森林火災国営保険法（昭和十二年法律第二十五号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Forest Fire State-Operated Insurance Law (Law No.25 of 1937) shall be partially amended as follows:
第二條第二項、第十條第一項及び第二十二條第三項中「勅令」を「政令」に改める。
"Imperial Ordinance" in Article 2 paragraph 2, Article 10 paragraph 1 and Article 22 paragraph 3 shall be amended as "Cabinet Order" .
第三條を次のように改める。
Article 3 shall be amended as follows:
第三條　保険ノ目的タル森林ハ人工ニ依リ生立セシメタル樹木ノ集団トス
Article 3.　Forest which is the purpose of insurance shall be a group of trees grown artificially.
第十三條及び第十四條を次のように改める。
Articles 13 and 14 shall be amended as follows:
第十三條及第十四條　削除
Article 13 and Article 14.　Deleted.
第二十一條を次のように改める。
Article 21 shall be amended as follows:

第二十四條第一項及び第二項中「市町村」の下に「又ハ森林組合若ハ森林組合連合会」を加え、同條第三項を削る。
Next to "city, town or village" in Article 24 paragraphs 1 and 2, "or the forest owners association or the federation of the forest owners associations" shall be added and paragraph 3 of the same Article shall be deleted.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、昭和二十七年四月一日から施行する。
1　This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1952.
２　この法律の施行の際現に存する保険契約については、なお従前の例による。
2　As for the contract of insurance existing at the time of enforcement of this Law, the precedents under the former provisions shall apply.
