塩田等災害復旧事業費補助法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Law concerning Subsidy for Disaster Rehabilitation Works Expenses for Salf-Fields, Etc.
塩田等災害復旧事業費補助法（昭和二十五年法律第二百五十七号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Law concerning Subsidy for Disaster Rehabilitation Works Expenses for Salt-Fields, Etc.(Law No.257 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows:
附則に次の二項を加える。
The following two paragraphs shall be added next to the Supplementary Provisions:
３　昭和二十六年に発生した災害に因り甚大な被害を受けた地域に限り、その被害を受けた塩田等の災害復旧事業の事業費のうち政令で定める額をこえる部分についての第三條第一項の規定による補助金の金額は、同條第二項の規定にかかわらず、左の各号の区分により当該各号に掲げる比率によつて算出した金額の範囲内の金額とする。
3　With regard to areas heavily damaged by disasters occurred in 1951, the amount of the subsidy under the provision of Article 3 paragraph 1 for a portion of the works expenses of disaster rehabilitation exceeding the amount prescribed by Cabinet Order shall, regardless of the provisions of paragraph 2 of the same Article, be an amount within the limit of the amount calculated for each of the following items by the ratios set forth in the respective items:
一　塩田及び濃縮施設に係るもの　当該政令で定める額をこえる部分の事業費の十分の八
(1)　Those concerning salt-fields and concentration facilities;　80% of a portion of the works expenses for disaster rehabilitation exceeding of the amount prescribed by the Cabinet Order concerned;
二　塩田防災施設に係るもの　当該政令で定める額をこえる部分の事業費の十分の九
(2)　Those concerning protection facilities of salt-fields from disaster;　90% of a portion of the works expenses for disaster rehabilitation exceeding the amount prescribed by the Cabinet Order concerned.
４　前項の地域は、公社の総裁が指定する。
4　The areas under the preceding paragraph shall be designated by the President of the Corporation.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
1　This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
２　この法律施行前塩田等災害復旧事業費補助法（以下「法」という。）第四條の規定により補助金交付申請書を公社に提出した者は、当該申請書に係る補助金の金額について法附則第三項の規定の適用を受けようとするときは、昭和二十七年三月三十一日までに、同項に規定する政令で定める額をこえる部分の事業費についての補助金につき、補助金増額交付申請書を公社に提出しなければならない。
2　Persons who have submitted an application for subsidy to the Corporation in accordance with the provision of Article 4 of the Law concerning Subsidy for Disaster Rehabilitation Works Expenses for Salt-Fields, Etc.(hereinafter referred to as "the Law" ) prior to the enforcement of this Law shall, if they desire to be favoured with the application of the provisions of paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Law to the amount of the subsidy with which the said application is concerned, submit an application for increase in subsidy to the Corporation before April 1, 1952 for the subsidy to the portion of works expenses for disasters rehabilitation exceeding the amount prescribed by Cabinet Order.
３　法第五條の規定は、前項の規定による補助金増額交付申請書の提出があつた場合について準用する。この場合において、法第五條第一項中「第三條の規定により交付することができる補助金」とあるのは、「附則第三項の規定による補助金の金額と第三條第二項の規定による補助金の金額との差額」と読み替えるものとする。
3　The provisions of Article 5 of the Law shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case where the application for increase in subsidy under the provision of the preceding paragraph has been submitted. In this case, "the amount of subsidy within the limit to be granted under the provisions of Article 3" as stated in Article 5 paragraph 1 of the Law shall read "the difference between the amount of subsidy under the provision of paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions and that under the provisions of Article 3 paragraph 2" .
４　この法律施行の際までに法第三條第一項の規定による補助金で法附則第三項の規定の適用を受けるものについて法第四條の規定による補助金交付申請書を公社に提出していない者が、法第三條第一項の規定による補助金の交付を受けようとする場合における法第四條及び第五條の規定の適用については、法第四條中「災害が発生した日から二月以内」とあるのは「昭和二十七年三月三十一日まで」と、法第五條中「第三條」とあるのは「第三條及び附則第三項」とする。
4　With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 4 and Article 5 of the Law, in the case where a person, who has not, by the time of enforcement of this Law, submitted the application for subsidy under the provision of Article 4 of the Law as to a subsidy under the provisions of Article 3 paragraph 1 of the Law, subject to the application of the provision of paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Law, desires to receive the subsidy under the provision of Article 3 paragraph 1 of the Law, "within two months after the date of outbreak of the disaster" as stated in Article 4 of the Law shall read "by April 1, 1952" , and "Article 3" as stated in Article 5 of the Law shall read "Article 3 and paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions" .
５　法第三條第一項の規定による昭和二十六年に発生した災害により被害を受けた塩田等の補助金については、法第六條第一項中「前條第二項」とあるのは「前條第二項（塩田等災害復旧事業費補助法の一部を改正する法律附則第三項において準用する場合を含む。）」と、法第六條第二項中「前條第一項」とあるのは「前條第一項（塩田等災害復旧事業費補助法の一部を改正する法律附則第三項において準用する場合を含む。）」と、法第六條第三項中「第三條」とあるのは「第三條及び附則第三項」と読み替えるものとする。
5　With regard to the subsidies to the salt-fields, etc. damaged by disasters occurred in 1951 under the provision of Article 3 paragraph 1 of the Law, "paragraph 2 of the preceding Article" as stated in Article 6 paragraph 1 of the Law shall read "paragraph 2 of the preceding Article (including the case where the same paragraph applies mutatis mutandis in accordance paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Law for Partial Amendments to the Law concerning Subsidy for Disaster Rehabilitation Works Expenses for Salt-Fields, Etc.)" , "paragraph 1 of the preceding Article" as stated in Article 6 paragraph 2 of the Law shall read "paragraph 1 of the preceding Article (including the case where the same paragraph applies mutatis mutandis in paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Law for Partial Amendments to the Law concerning Subsidy for Disaster Rehabilitation Works Expenses for Salt-Fields, Etc.)" and "Article 3" as stated in Article 6 paragraph 3 of the Law shall read "Article 3 and paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions" .
