I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning the Authority of the Attorney-General in the Judicial Procedure in which the Interests of the State are involved.

Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning the Authority of the Attorney-General in the Judicial Procedure in which the Interests of the State are involved
国の利害に関係のある訴訟についての法務総裁の権限等に関する法律（昭和二十二年法律第百九十四号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Law concerning the Authority of the Attorney-General in the Judicial Procedure in which the Interests of the State are involved (Law No.194 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
第六條第二項中「所部の職員でその指定するもの」の下に「若しくは訴訟代理人に選任する弁護士」を加える。
In Article 6 paragraph 2, "or appoint a lawyer as representative" shall be added next to "a functionary from among his subordinates" .
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
