商工組合中央金庫法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Law of the Central Bank for Commercial and Industrial Cooperatives
商工組合中央金庫法（昭和十一年法律第十四号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Law of the Central Bank for Commercial and Industrial Cooperatives (Law No.14 of 1936) shall be partially amended as follows:
第一條第一項中「、貿易組合及貿易組合連合会」を削る。
In Article 1 paragraph 1, "Foreign Trade Cooperatives and Federations of Foreign Trade Cooperatives" shall be deleted.
第二條第一項中「東京市」を「東京都」に改める。
In Article 2 paragraph 1, "Tokyo City" shall be amended as "Tokyo-To" .
第三條第一項中「貿易組合連合会、信用金庫又ハ銀行」を「銀行又ハ信用金庫」に改め、同條第二項中「連合会、」を削り、同條第三項中「又ハ貿易組合連合会」及び「又ハ所属連合会」を削り、「所属組合」を「其ノ構成員（構成員ガ事業協同組合タルトキハ其ノ組合員ヲ含ム以下同ジ）」に改め、同條第四項中「又ハ貿易組合連合会」を削る。
In Article 3 paragraph 1 "Federations of Foreign Trade Cooperatives, Credit Associations or Banks" shall be amended as "Banks or Credit Associations" ;in paragraph 2 of the same Article, "Federations" , shall be deleted;in paragraph 3 of the same Article, "or Federations of Foreign Trade Cooperatives" and "or Federations attached to the C. B. C. I. C." shall be deleted, "cooperatives attached to the C. B. C. I. C." shall be amended as "its constituents (in case the constituent is an enterprise cooperative, the members thereof shall be included;hereafter as the same)" ;and in paragraph 4 of the same Article, "or Federations of Foreign Trade Cooperatives" shall be deleted.
第五條第六号及び第十條中「又ハ所属連合会」を削る。
In Article 5 item 6 and Article 10, "or Federations attached to the C. B. C. I. C." shall be deleted.
第七條第一項中「、中小企業等協同組合、貿易組合又ハ貿易組合連合会」を「又ハ中小企業等協同組合」に改め、同條第二項中「又ハ一連合会」を削り、「千口」を「一万口」に改める。
In Article 7 paragraph 1, ", Smaller Enterprise, etc. Cooperatives, Foreign Trade Cooperatives or Federations of Foreign Trade Cooperatives" shall be amended as "or Smaller Enterprise, etc. Cooperatives" ;and in paragraph 2 of the same Article, "or one Federation" shall be deleted, and "one thousand shares" shall be amended as "ten thousand shares"
第二十二條を次のように改める。

In Article 23, "Article 140 item 5" shall be amended as "Article 140 item 4" .
第二十七條第一項但書中「及貿易組合」を削る。
In proviso to Article 27 paragraph 1, "and Foreign Trade Cooperatives" shall be deleted.
第二十八條第一項第一号から第三号まで、第五号及び第七号中「所属連合会」を「其ノ構成員」に改め、同項第四号中「所属連合会ノ為ニ荷為替手形ニ関スル保証業務」を「其ノ構成員ノ為ニ債務ノ保証」に改め、同項第六号中「貿易組合、貿易組合連合会、公共団体其ノ他営利ヲ目的トセザル法人」を「其ノ構成員、公共団体其ノ他営利ヲ目的トセザル法人又ハ主務大臣ノ認可ヲ受ケタル銀行其ノ他ノ金融機関」に改め、同項第八号中「又ハ所属連合会」を削る。
In Article 28 paragraph 1 items 1 to 3 inclusive and items 5 and 7, "the attached Federations" shall be amended as "its constituents" ;and in item 4 of the same paragraph, "the guarantee business concerning documentary bills for the sake of the attached Federations" shall be amended as "the guarantee of debt for the sake of its constituents" ;in item 6 of the same paragraph' ", Foreign Trade Cooperatives, Federations of Foreign Trade Cooperatives, Public Body or other juridical persons not aiming at profit" shall be amended as "its constituents, Public Body or other juridical persons which do not aim at profit, banks or other financial institutions which obtained the authorization of the competent Minister" ;and in item 8 of the same paragraph, "or the attached Federations" shall be deleted.
第二十八條ノ三を次のように改める。
Article 28-(3) shall be amended as follows:
第二十八條ノ三　商工組合中央金庫ハ主務大臣ノ認可ヲ受ケ国、公共団体又ハ銀行其ノ他ノ金融機関ノ業務ノ一部ヲ代理スルコトヲ得
Article 28-(3).　The Central Bank for Commercial and Industrial Cooperatives may, upon the authorization by the competent Minister, carry on a part of business of the State, Public Body, Banks or other financial institutions on behalf of them.
第二十九條第一項第三号中「、貿易組合、貿易組合連合会又ハ食糧営団」を削り、同項第四号を次のように改める。
In Article 29 paragraph 1 item 3, ", Foreign Trade Cooperatives, Federations of Foreign Trade Cooperatives, or Food Corporation" shall be deleted;and item 4 of the same paragraph shall be amended as follows:
四　主務大臣ノ認可ヲ受ケタル銀行其ノ他ノ金融機関ニ対シ短期貸付ヲ為スコト
4.　To make short-term loans to the banks and other financial institutions which obtained the authorization of the competent Minister.
第五十條第一項中「一年」を「三年」に、「千円」を「二十万円」に改める。
In Article 50 paragraph 1, "one year" shall be amended as "three years" and "a thousand yen" shall be amended as "two hundred thousand yen" .
第五十一條中「百円以上千円以下」を「千円以上三万円以下」に改める。
In Article 51, "more than one hundred yen and not exceeding one thousand yen" shall be amended as "more than one thousand yen and not exceeding thirty thousand yen" .
第五十二條及び第五十三條中「十円以上五百円以下」を「千円以上一万円以下」に改める。
In Articles 52 and 53, "more than ten yen and not exceeding five hundred yen" shall be amended as "more than one thousand yen and not exceeding ten thousand yen."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
