Law for Partial Amendment to the Foreign Exchange Fund Special Account Law
The Foreign Exchange Fund Special Account Law (Law No.56 of 1951) shall be partially amended as follows:
To Article 6, the following one paragraph shall be added:
2 The Bank of Japan may, in accordance with the direction of the Foreign Exchange Control Board, make the foreign exchange bank handle a part of the business which was entrusted to the Bank of Japan by the Foreign Exchange Control Board in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
