Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This twenty-eighth day of the eleventh month of the twenty-sixth year of Showa (November 28, 1951) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.266 Law for Partial Amendment to the Foreign Exchange Fund Special Account Law The Foreign Exchange Fund Special Account Law (Law No.56 of 1951) shall be partially amended as follows: To Article 6, the following one paragraph shall be added: 2 The Bank of Japan may, in accordance with the direction of the Foreign Exchange Control Board, make the foreign exchange bank handle a part of the business which was entrusted to the Bank of Japan by the Foreign Exchange Control Board in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
