I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendment to the Law for Partial Amendment to the Law of Temporary Measures relating to the Costs of Action and Others.

Law for Partial Amendment to the Law for Partial Amendment to the Law of Temporary Measures relating to the Costs of Action and Others
訴訟費用等臨時措置法の一部を改正する法律（昭和二十四年法律第五十五号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Law for Partial Amendment to the Law of Temporary Measures relating to the Costs of Action and Others (Law No.55 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
附則に次の二項を加える。
The following two paragraphs shall be added to the Supplementary Provisions:
7 As to the pension revised by the provision of paragraph 5 and that for bailiff who was already entitled to pension between January 1, 1949 and December 31, 1950, the annual amount of pension in and after January, 1951 shall be revised to the annual amount calculated on the basis of 81,000 yen regarded as salary amount per annum.
８ 第四項の規定は、前項の規定による恩給年額の改定について、準用する。
8 The provision of paragraph 4 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the revision of the annual amount of pension made in accordance with the provision of the preceding paragraph.
附 則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
