Law for Partial Amendments to the Ministry of Education Establishment Law, etc. for the Adjustment of Councils, etc.
(Partial Amendments to the Ministry of Education Establishment Law)
Article 1. The Ministry of Education Establishment Law (Law No.146 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
In the Table of Article 24 paragraph 1,
"Textbook Publication Qualification Examination Council |
To examine the matters under the provisions of the Law concerning the Right of Publication, etc. of the Textbooks Compiled by the Ministry of Educa-tion (Law No.149 of 1949). |
"shall be deleted.
(Partial Amendments to the Law concerning the Right of Publication, etc. of the Textbook Compiled by the Ministry of Education)
Article 2. The Law concerning the Right of Publication, etc. of the Textbooks Compiled by the Ministry of Education (Law No.149 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 2 paragraph 2, "Article 4" shall be amended as "Article 3" .
In Article 4, "the competition among those who have passed the examination provided for in Article 2" shall be amended as "the competition of those who have passed the examination provided for in the preceding Article" ;and "a private contract with any person who has passed the examination as provided for in Article 2" shall be amended as "the arbitrary contract with those who have passed the examination provided for in the same Article" .
In Article 8, "Article 6 paragraph 5" shall be amended as "Article 5 paragraph 5." .
In Article 10, "Article 6 paragraph 2" shall be amended as "Article 5 paragraph 2" .
In Article 15 paragraph 1 item (2), "Article 11 or Article 13" shall be amended as "Article 10 or Article 12" ;and in paragraph 3 of the same Article, "Article 12" shall be amended as "Article 11." .
In Article 16 paragraph 1, "Article 4" shall be amended as "Article 3." .
In Article 17 paragraph 2, "Article 11" shall be amended as "Article 10" .
Article 3 shall be deleted, Article 4 shall be made Article 3, and the following Articles shall be renumbered accordingly.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from June 1, 1951.
