Article 9 paragraph 1 shall be amended as follows and paragraph 3 of the same Article shall be deleted:
The annual amount of overseas and living allowances furnished to the personnel shall be fixed by the Minister for Foreign Affairs within the limits of 90 to 120 per cent of the amount fixed under the respective items of the Attached List, according to the posts of the personnel concerned in the case of the personnel of the overseas agencies established in the United States of America and, in the case of those of the overseas agencies established in the countries other than the United States of America, according to their posts, the price level at the location of the overseas agency concerned and the exchange rate of the currency of the country concerned against the United States currency.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
