I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning Disposition of National Loan Bonds and Other Securities in Custody of Ministry of Postal Services in accordance with the Postal Savings Law.

Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning Disposition of National Loan Bonds and Other Securities in Custody of Ministry of Postal Services in accordance with the Postal Savings Law
The Law concerning Disposition of National Loan Bonds and Other Securities in Custody of Ministry of Postal Services in accordance with the Postal Savings Law (Law No.94 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
Article 3 shall be amended as follows:
(Entry in Postal Savings Pass-books)
Article 3. The Local Savings Office shall, when it has received the postal savings pass-book provided for in the main sentence of Article 1 paragraph 1, enter the amount of the bond disposition deposit concerned in the pass-book.
2 The Ministry of Postal Services may, in case it makes the entry in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, require the depositor to submit the bond custody certificates or the bond custody pass-books for the bonds to be disposed (in cases where the bond custody certificates or the bond custody pass-books have been lost, together with the statement of reason for loss).
Article 4 paragraph 1 shall be amended as follows: In paragraph 2 of the same Article, "the proviso to the preceding paragraph" and "the ordinary deposit" shall respectively be amended as "the preceding paragraph" and "the postal savings deposits" ;and in paragraph 3 of the same Article, "proviso to paragraph 1" as "paragraph 1" .
The bond disposition deposit may be withdrawn, even it has not been entered in the savings pass-book.
Article 5 shall be amended as follows:
(Exception for Lapse of Right)
Article 5. The right of depositor to the bond disposition deposit shall not lapse until August 31, 1959, regardless of the provision of Article 29 paragraph 1 of the Postal Savings Law.
In Article 6, "The application for entry" shall be amended as "The entry" .
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from June 1, 1951.
