I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the Law concerning the Temporary Measures for Separation Allowance for National Public Service Personnel and Others.

Law for Partial Amendments to the Law concerning the Temporary Measures for Separation Allowances for National Public Service Personnel and Others
The Law concerning the Temporary Measures for Separation Allowances for National Public Service Personnel and Others (Law No.142 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 1 paragraph 1, "the fiscal year 1950-51" shall be amended as "the fiscal years 1950-51 and 1951-52" ;in paragraph 2 of the same Article, "1951" shall be amended as "1952" ;the proviso to the same paragraph shall be amended as follows:
However, as regards the separation allowances cause for payment of which has occurred in the fiscal years 1950-51 and 1951-52, it shall still continue to be effective further after the same date.
In paragraph 3 of the said Article, "the fiscal year 1951-52" shall be amended as "the fiscal year 1952-53" .
In Article 2, "the fiscal year 1950-51" shall be amended as "the fiscal years 1950-51 and 1951-52" .
In paragraph 5 item (1) of the Supplementary Provision, "and the Law for Partial Amendments to the Law for the Fixed Number of Personnel in the Administrative Organs (Law No.81 of 1951)" shall be added next to "the Law for Partial Amendments to the Law for the Fixed Number of Personnel in the Administrative Organs (Law No.140 of 1950)" .
In paragraph 5 item (2) of the Supplementary Provisions, "the fiscal years 1950-51" shall be amended as "the fiscal years 1950-51 and 1951-52" .
Supplementary Provisions:
1 This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
2 Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 4 and 5 of the Law concerning the Temporary Measures for Separation Allowances for National Public Service Personnel and Others, the amounts of general separation allowances for the personnel who are discharged before the enforcement of this Law under the necessity of executing the budget for the fiscal year 1951-52, and who are determined at a Cabinet meeting, shall be those calculated in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 6 and 7 of the Supplementary Provisions of the said Law.
