会計法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Accounts Law
会計法（昭和二十二年法律第三十五号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Accounts Law (Law No.35 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
第十九條中「国債の元利拂」の下に「及び国の保管に係る現金の利子の支拂」を加える。
In Article 19, next to "pay principal and interest of national debts" , "and pay the interests on cash which the State keeps in custody" shall be added.
第三十五條中「有価証券の取扱」の下に「及びその保管に係る現金の利子の支拂」を加える。
In Article 35, next to "to handle the securities which the State owns or keeps in custody" , "and to pay the interests on cash which the State keeps in custody" shall be added.
附 則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、昭和二十六年四月一日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1951.
