国立学校設置法の一部を改正する法律

Law for Partial Amendments to the National School Establishment Law

国立学校設置法（昭和二十四年法律第百五十号）の一部を次のように改正する。

The National School Establishment Law (Law No.150 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:

目次中「第二章　国立大学（第三條―第八條）」を「第二章　国立大学（第三條―第七條）」、「第三章　国立高等学校（第九條）」を「第三章　国立高等学校（第八條）」に改め、第四章を削り、「第五章　職員及び職（第十二條―第十四條）」を「第四章　職員及び職（第九條―第十一條）」に、「第六章　雑則（第十五條）」を「第五章　雑則（第十二條）」に改める。

In Contents, "Chapter II National Universities (Articles 3-8)" shall be amended as "Chapter II National Universities (Articles 3-7)" , and "Chapter III National Upper Secondary Schools (Article 9)" shall be amended as "Chapter III National Upper Secondary Schools (Article 8)" , and "Chapter IV" shall be deleted, and "Chapter V Personnel and Positions (Articles 12-14)" shall be amended as "Chapter IV Personnel and Positions (Articles 9-11)" , and "Chapter VI Miscellaneous Provision (Article 15)" shall be amended as "Chapter V Miscellaneous Provision (Article 12)" .

第二條中「並びに同法第八十三條に定める各種学校で国立のもの」を削る。

第十三條中「及び第五項」を削り、第十二條を第九條とし、以下三條ずつ繰り上げる。

In Article 13, "and 5" shall be deleted, and Article 12 shall be made Article 9, and the numbering of the succeeding Articles shall be moved up by three respectively.

附則第三項中「第三條に規定する大学は、」を「国立大学及び国立高等学校は、」に、「並びに第三條に規定する大学」を「並びに国立大学」に改め、附則第五項を削り、附則第六項を附則第五項とし、附則第七項中「国立大学」を「国立大学及び国立高等学校」に改め、同項を附則第六項とし、同項の次に次の一項を加える。

In paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions, "The universities provided for in Article 3" shall be amended as "National universities and national upper secondary schools" , "and the universities provided for in Article 3" shall be amended as "and the national universities" and paragraph 5 shall be deleted, and paragraph 6 shall be made paragraph 5, and in paragraph 7, "national universities" shall be amended as "national universities and national upper secondary schools" , and the same paragraph shall be made paragraph 6, and the following one paragraph shall be added next to the same paragraph:

７　国立短期大学に置かれる職員の定員は、それぞれその国立短期大学を併設する国立大学の職員の定員に含まれるものとする。

7　The fixed number of personnel to be assigned to each national junior college shall be included in the fixed number of personnel in each of the national university where the said junior college is established side by side,

附則第八項を次のように改める。

附　則

Supplementary Provisions:

１　この法律は、昭和二十六年四月一日から施行する。

1　This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1951.

２　第三條の改正規定により廃止された学校の職員は、別に辞令を発せられないときは、昭和二十六年三月三十一日限り職員の身分を失うものとする。

2　The personnel of the schools abolished in accordance with the amended provision of Article 3 shall lose their status as the personnel of those schools on March 31, 1951, in case otherwise no written appointments are issued for them.
