Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for Covering the Shortage of Revenues in the Food Management Special Account
The Government is authorized to transfer the amount from the General Account to the Food Management Special Account for the purpose of covering the shortage of revenues in the said Special Account, up to the amount of 4,161,645,000 yen, within the fiscal year 1951-52.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1951.
