I hereby promulgate the Law concerning Sundry Expenses for Deliberation in the case of Deliberation being Conducted by the Committee Members during the Adjournment of the Diet.

Law concerning Sundry Expenses for Deliberation in the case of Deliberation being Conducted by the Committee Members during the Adjournment of the Diet
When the Standing Committee and the Special Committee conduct deliberation during the adjournment of the Diet on matters specially entrusted thereto by the decision of either one of the Houses, the Committee Members thereof shall receive sundry expenses for deliberation at 1,500 yen per diem for the number of days of their attendance.
Supplementary Provisions:
1 This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1951.
2 The Law concerning Allowances for Deliberation by the Committee Members during the Adjournment of the Diet (Law No.89 of 1948) shall be abolished.
