低性能船舶買入法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendment to the Government Purchase of Low-Efficiency Vessels Law
低性能船舶買入法（昭和二十五年法律第二百四十二号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Government Purchase of Low-Efficiency Vessels Law (Law No.242 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows:
第十七條の次に次の一條を加える。
The following one Article shall be added next to Article 17:
（保管期間等の特例）
(Special Provision for the Period of Custody, etc.)
第十七條の二　運輸大臣が特別の必要があると認めて告示をもつて指定した船舶に係る第十五條から前條までの規定の適用については、これらの規定中「昭和二十六年」とあるのは「昭和二十七年」と読み替えるものとする。
Article 17-(2).　As for the application of the provisions of Article 15 to the preceding Article inclusive to the vessels which the Minister of Transportation may designate through a Notification, recognizing it specifically necessary, "1951" in these provisions shall read "1952" .
２　前項の船舶については、その買入契約で定める引渡の時期は、昭和二十七年四月一日以後であつてはならない。
2　As for the vessels referred to in the preceding paragraph, the date of delivery, which is to be designated in the contracts for purchase, shall be prior to April 1, 1952.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
