Article 18-(4). For the time being, the Government may transfar the amount within the limit of amount determined by the budget from the General Account to the management sub-account, if necessary to appropriate to the expenses for the welfare facilities in the health insurance business of this Account.

Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、昭和二十六年四月一日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1951.
