水路業務法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Law for Hydrographic Activities
水路業務法（昭和二十五年法律第百二号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Law for Hydrographic Activities (Law No.102 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows:
第一條中「海上における安全の確保を図る」を「海空交通の安全の確保に寄與する」に改める。
In Article 1 "to get Maritime Safety at Sea" shall be amended as "to contribute to the safety of communication at sea and in the air" .
第四條の次に次の一條を加える。
The following one Article shall be added next to Article 4:
（航空図誌）
(Aeronautical Charts and Publications)
第四條の二 この法律において「航空図誌」とは、航空図、航空暦及びその他の航空に関する図誌をいう。
Article 4-(2). "Aeronautical charts and publications" in this Law shall mean the aeronautical charts, air almanac, and other aeronautical charts and publications.
第十九條に次の一項を加える。
The following one paragraph shall be added next to Article 19:
2 The governor of To, Do, Fu or prefecture shall, in case he has licensed the fixed-net fishery or the common fishery which was designated by the Minister of Transportation, under the provision of Article 10 or Article 22 of the Fisheries Law (Law No.267 of 1949), or he has permitted the common fishery designated by the Minister of Transportation in accordance with the provision of the text of Article 66 paragraph 1 of the said Law, report the following items to the Director of the Maritime Safety Agency. In cases where he has annulled or altered the fishery right in accordance with the provisions of Article 37 to Article 40 inclusive of the said Law, or changed the reported item, the same shall also apply to those matters:
一 定置漁業にあつては、定置漁具の位置及び定置の期間
(1) The fixed position and the term of fixture of the fixed gears in the case of the fixed-net fishery;
(2) The area of the fishery grounds, the position of the submerged gears and the term of submerging gears as designated by the Minister of Transportation, in the case of the common fishery or the fishery permitted.
第二十四條の見出しを次のように改める。
The heading of Article 24 shall be amended as follows:
（水路図誌及び航空図誌の保護）
(Protection of Hydrographic Publication, and Aeronautical Charts and Publications)
第二十四條中「水路図誌」の下に「又は航空図誌」を、「航海」の下に「又は航空」を加える。
In Article 24, "or aeronautical charts and publications" shall be added next to "Hydrographic publication," and "or aviation" shall be added next to "navigation" .
第二十五條第一項中「海図、」の下に「航空図、」を加える。
In Article 25 paragraph 1, "aeronautical charts," shall be added next to "charts,"

Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
