Law for Partial Amendments to the Patent Attorneys Law
The Patent Attorneys Law (Law No.100 of 1921) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 7, "\1,500" shall be amended as "\3,000" .
In Article 18 paragraph 3, "\1,000" shall be amended as "\5,000" .
Supplementary Provisions:
1 This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
2 In respect of the disposition concerning a fine for an action committed prior to the enforcement of this Law, the old provisions shall still apply.
