商標法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendment to the Trade Mark Law
商標法（大正十年法律第九十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Trade Mark Law (Law No.99 of 1921) shall be partially amended as follows:
第二十條第一項中「千五百円」を「五千円」に、同條第二項中「二千五百円」を「八千円」に改める。
In Article 20 paragraph 1, "\1,500" shall be amended as "\5,000" ;in paragraph 2 of the same Article, "\2,500" shall be amended as "\8,000" .
第三十二條第一項中「五千円」を「一万五千円」に、同條第二項中「七千五百円」を「二万三千円」に改める。
In Article 32 paragraph 1 "\5,000" shall be amended as "\15,000" ;and in paragraph 2 of the same Article, "\7,500" shall be amended as "\23,000" .
第三十六條ノ二から第三十七條ノ二までの規定中「千円」を「五千円」に改める。
In the provisions of Article 36-(2) to Article 37-(2) inclusive, "\1,000" shall be amended as "\5,000" .
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
1　This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
２　この法律の施行前に既に納付し、又は納付しなければならない期限を経過した登録料については、なお従前の規定を適用する。
2　In respect of the registration fee which has already been paid or of which period of payment has elapsed prior to the enforcement of this Law, the old provisions shall still apply.
３　この法律の施行前にした行為に対する過料の処分については、なお従前の規定を適用する。
3　In respect of the disposition concerning a fine for an action committed prior to the enforcement of this Law, the old provisions shall still apply.
