In Article 65 paragraph 1, "\250" , "\250" , "\500" , "\1,000" and "\2,000" shall be respectively amended as "\500" , "\800" , "\1,500" , "\3,000" and "\6,000" ;in paragraph 2 of the same Article, "\5,000" , "\7,500" and "\10,000" shall be respectively amended as "\15,000" , "\25,000" and "\30,000" ;and in paragraph 3 of the same Article, "\500" shall be amended as "\5,000" ;and in paragraph 4 of the same Article, "\3,000" shall be amended as "\30,000" .
第百三十三條ノ二から第百三十四條ノ二までの規定中「千円」を「五千円」に改める。
In the provisions of Article 133-(2) to Article 134-(2) inclusive, "\1,000" shall be amended as "\5,000" .
附 則
Supplementary Provisions:
１ この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
1 This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
2 In respect of the patent fee which has already been paid or of which period of payment has elapsed prior to the enforcement of this Law, the old provisions shall still apply.
３ この法律の施行前にした行為に対する過料の処分については、なお従前の規定を適用する。
3 In respect of the disposition concerning a fine for an action committed prior to the enforcement of this Law, the old provisions shall still apply.
