Law for Partial Amendments to the Agricultural Land Adjustment Law and Others
Article 1.　The Agricultural Land Adjustment Law (Law No.67 of 1938) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Art.15-(8), "Art.34 par.1, par.3 to par.6 inclusive" shall be amended as "Art.34" , and in the table of the same Article, "
Art.10 par.2
...... each of items of the preceding paragraph......
Art.15-(3) par.1 of the Agricultural Land Adjustment Law (Law No.67 of 1938)......
" shall be amended as "

Art.34 par.2
When the number of assembly members has become less than two-thirds of the fixed number.
When, with regard to the category mentioned in each of items of Art.15-(2) par.3 of the Agricultural Land Adjustment Law, the number of members has become less than one-half of the fixed number of commission members belonging to the category concerned.
In Art.15-(18), "Art.34 par.1, par.3 to par.6 inclusive" shall be amended as "Art.34" , and in the table of the same Article,

When the number of assembly members has become less than two-thirds of the fixed number.
When, with regard to the category mentioned in each of items of Art.15-(2) par.3 which applies mutatis mutandis under Art.15-(17) of the Agricultural Land Adjustment Law, the number of commission members has become less than one-half of the fixed number of members belonging to the category concerned.
Article 2.　The Law concerning the Enforcement of the Public Offices Election Law and the Adjustment and Others of Related Laws and Orders in Consequence thereof (Law No.101 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Art, 31 par.2, "March 4, 1951" shall be amended as "March 4, 1952."
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
