I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for the Purpose to Increase the Capital of the Foreign Exchange Special Account.

外国為替特別会計の資本の増加に充てるための一般会計からする繰入金に関する法律
Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for the Purpose to Increase the Capital of the Foreign Exchange Special Account
The Government is authorized to transfer, in the Fiscal Year 1950-51, an amount not exceeding 10,000,000,000 yen, from the General Account to the Foreign Exchange Special Account for the purpose to increase the Capital of the same Account.
附 則
Supplementary Provisions:
１ この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
1. This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
２ 外国為替特別会計法（昭和二十四年法律第二百二十七号）の一部を次のように改正する。
2. The Foreign Exchange Special Account Law (Law No.227 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 4, "Article 5, and the amount" shall be amended as "Article 5, the amount" , and next to "the Supplementary Provisions" , "and the amount transferred from the General Account in accordance with the provisions of the Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for the Purpose to increase the Capital of the Foreign Exchange Special Account (Law No.293 of 1950)" shall be added.
