食糧管理特別会計法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendment to the Food Management Special Account Law
食糧管理特別会計法（大正十年法律第三十七号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Food Management Special Account Law (Law No.37 of 1921) shall be partially amended as follows:
第六條中「及附属雑收入」を「、一般会計ヨリノ繰入金及附属雑收入」に改め、同條に次の一項を加える。
In Article 6, "and accessory sundry receipts" shall be amended as, "the transfer from General Account and accessory sundry receipts" ;and the following one paragraph shall be added to the same Article:
前項ノ一般会計ヨリノ繰入金ハ予算ノ定ムルトコロニ依リ輸入食糧ノ価格調整補給金トシテ繰入ルルモノトス
The transfer from the General Account under the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be made for appropriating it for the price adjustment of imported foodstuff, in accordance with what may be determined by the budget.
附 則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
