Law for Partial Amendments to the Law for the Total Number of Court Officials, etc.
Article 1. The Law for the Total Number of Court Officials (Law No.64 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 4, "full time service 755 2nd Class" shall be amended as "full time service 803 2nd Class" .
In Article 5, "full time service 42 3rd Class" shall be amended as "full time service 43 3rd Class" .
Article 2. The Law for the Fixed Number of Personnel in the Administrative Organs (Law No.126 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
Under the item of Attorney-General's Office in the table of Article 2 paragraph 1, "42,135" shall be amended as "42,202" , "43,308" as "43,375" , "11,283" as "11,335" , and under the item of Grand Total in the said table "875,671" shall be amended as "875,738" .
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
