Law for Partial Amendment to the Law for Exceptions to Qualification for Preliminary National Examination for Medical Practitioners
The Law for Exceptions to Qualification for Preliminary National Examination for Medical Practitioners (Law No.272 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
Next to "The graduates......(Ministry of Education Ordinance No.22 of 1924)," shall be added "the persons who were entitled to take the examination under the former practice in accordance with the provision of Article 36 paragraph 3 of the Medical Practitioners Law and those who, before August 15, 1945, passed the first part of the Medical Practitioners Examination conducted by the Government-General of Korea, or passed the first part of the Medical Practitioners Examination conducted by Manchukuo, or obtained the consular license for the medical practitioner in China (including Manchuria and Mongolia)" .
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
