漁業法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendment to the Fisheries Law
漁業法（昭和二十四年法律第二百六十七号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Fisheries Law (Law No.267 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
第八十五條第三項第一号中「被選挙権を有する者につき選挙した者七人」の下に「（北海道の海区漁業調整委員会にあつては十一人）」を加える。
In Article 85 paragraph 3 item (1), "(Eleven Persons for the Sea-Area Fisheries Adjustment Commission in Hokkaido)" shall be added next to "from among the persons eligible to election as prescribed in the same Article" .
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
1.　This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
２　この法律施行の際すでに選挙の期日を告示してある海区漁業調整委員会の委員の選挙において選挙すべき委員の定数は、漁業法第八十五條第三項第一号の改正規定による定数とする。
2.　The fixed number of the members to be elected at the election of the members of the Sea-Area Fisheries Adjustment Commission which has already been announced on its date of the election at the time of the enforcement of this Law, shall be the fixed number of the members as provided for by the amended provision of Article 85 paragraph 3 item (1) of the Fisheries Law.
