In Article 12 paragraph 1 item (6), "prescribed in Article 4 of the Law concerning Regulation of Political Contributions and Expenditures (Law No.194 of 1948)" shall be amended as "for whom the Public Offices Election Law (Law No.100 of 1950) shall apply" , and "Article 28" shall be amended as "Article 189" .
附 則
Supplementary Provisions:
１ この法律は、公布の日から施行し、昭和二十五年五月一日から適用する。
1. This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation and shall apply as from May 1, 1950.
2. After amendment the application of provision of Article 12 paragraph 1 item (6) of the Accessions Tax Law shall be still in accordance with the former provisions so far as it is concerned with the election provided for in the provisions of Article 22 of the Law concerning the Enforcement of the Public Offices Election Law and Adjustment and Others of the Related Laws and Orders in Consequence thereof (Law No.101 of 1950).
