弁護士法第五條第三号に規定する大学を定める法律
Law concerning the Designation of Universities prescribed in Article 5 item (3) of the Lawyers Law
弁護士法（昭和二十四年法律第二百五号）第五條第三号に規定する大学は、学校教育法（昭和二十二年法律第二十六号）による大学で法律学を研究する大学院の置かれているもの及び旧大学令（大正七年勅令第三百八十八号）による大学とする。
The universities prescribed in Article 5 item (3) of the Lawyers Law (Law No.205 of 1949) shall mean the universities under the School Education Law (Law No.26 of 1947) with postgraduate schools to study jurisprudence, and the universities under the former College and University Ordinance (Imperial Ordinance No.388 of 1918).
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
