Law for Partial Amendments to the Law for Allowances to Special Non-Repatriates
The Law for Allowances to Special Non-Repatriates (Law No.279 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows:
Article 3 shall be amended as follows:
Article 3. With respect to persons being public service personnel of the State or local public entities and who are also the special non-repatriates, in case they are actually receiving wages from the State or local public entities, the wages and supporting allowances as provided for by this Law shall not be granted.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation and shall apply to compensations to be properly granted for the period after January 1, 1949.
