Law for Partial Amendments to Workmen's Accident Compensation Insurance Law and Others
Article 1. The Workmen's Accident Compensation Insurance Law (Law No.50 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 32, "20 sen" shall be amended as "8 sen" and the following one paragraph shall be added to the same Article:
In the case of the preceding paragraph, when a part of the amount of the premium has been paid, the amount of the premium to be made the basis for calculation of the arrearage charge for the period after the day of such partial payment shall be the amount minus the amount of the premium paid.
Article 2. The Unemployment Insurance Law (Law No.146 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 36 paragraph 1, "20 sen" shall be amended as "8 sen" , in paragraph 2 of the same Article, "the preceding paragraph" shall be amended as "the preceding two paragraphs" , in paragraph 3 of the same Article, "the preceding two paragraphs" shall be amended as "the preceding three paragraphs" and the following one paragraph shall be added next to paragraph 1 of the same Article:

Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation;however, the revised provisions of Article 32 paragraph 1 of the Workman's Accident Compensation Insurance Law and Article 36 paragraph 1 of the Unemployment Insurance Law shall apply to the arrearage charge assessable for the period beginning April 1, 1950.
