Law for Partial Amendments to the Fertilizer Distribution Kodan (Public Corporation) Ordinance
The Fertilizer Distribution Kodan (Public Corporation) Ordinance (Imperial Ordinance No.171 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 3 paragraph 1, "3,328 million yen" shall be amended as "3,333 million yen."
In Article 32 paragraph 1, "April 1, 1950" shall be amended as "April 1, 1951."
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation;provided that the amended provision of Article 3 paragraph 1 shall be enforced as from April 1, 1950.
