Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This thirty-first day of the third month of the twenty-fifth year of Showa (March 31, 1950) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.58 Law for Partial Amendments to the Fertilizer Distribution Kodan (Public Corporation) Ordinance The Fertilizer Distribution Kodan (Public Corporation) Ordinance (Imperial Ordinance No.171 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 3 paragraph 1, "3,328 million yen" shall be amended as "3,333 million yen." In Article 32 paragraph 1, "April 1, 1950" shall be amended as "April 1, 1951." Supplementary Provision: This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation;provided that the amended provision of Article 3 paragraph 1 shall be enforced as from April 1, 1950.
