Law for Partial Amendments to the Smaller Enterprise, Etc. Co-operative Law
The Smaller Enterprise, Etc. Co-operative Law (Law No.181 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
In Article 55 paragraph 2, "at the General Meeting" shall be deleted;in paragraph 3 of the same Article, next to "the total membership," "at the time of their election" shall be added. Paragraph 5 of the same Article shall be made paragraph 6, and the following one paragraph shall be added as paragraph 5 of the same Article:
5 The term of the office of the representative shall be fixed by the Articles of Co-operative so as to be within the period of three years.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
