第十二條中「別表第一から第三まで」を「別表第一及び第二」に改める。

In Article 12, "Annex I to III" shall be amended as "Annex I and II."

附則第五項中「東京医学歯学專門学校は、昭和二十五年三月三十一日まで、」及び「東京医学歯学專門学校」を削る。

In Supplementary Provisions paragraph 5, "Tokyo College of Medicine and Dentistry shall continue to exist until March 31, 1950, and" shall be deleted, "shall continue to exist" shall be added next to "and Osaka Youth Normal School," and "Tokyo College of Medicine and Dentistry" shall be deleted.

附則第六項を削り、附則第九項中「別表第四」を「別表第三」に改め、附則第七項を附則第六項とし、以下附則第十項までを一項ずつ繰り上げる。

Supplementary Provisions paragraph 6 shall be deleted, and in Supplementary Provisions paragraph 9, "Annex IV" shall be amended as "Annex III," and Supplementary Provisions paragraph 7 shall be made Supplementary Provisions paragraph 6;and its ensuing paragraphs up to paragraph 10 shall be moved up by one respectively.

附則第十一項及び附則第十二項を削り、附則第十三項を附則第十項とし、附則第十四項を附則第十一項とする。

Supplementary Provisions paragraphs 11 and 12 shall be deleted, and Supplementary Provisions paragraph 13 shall be made paragraph 10 and Supplementary Provisions paragraph 14 shall be made paragraph 11.

附則第十五項を削り、附則第十一項の次に次の二項を加える。

Supplementary Provisions paragraph 15 shall be deleted and next to Supplementary Provisions paragraph 11 shall be added the following two paragraphs:

12　第四章に規定する国立の各種学校は、東京教育大学に附置されて昭和二十六年三月三十一日まで存続するものとし、当該各種学校に置かれる職員の定員は、東京教育大学の職員の定員に含まれるものとする。

12.　The national miscellaneous schools provided for in Chapter IV shall be attached to Tokyo University of Education and continue to exist until March 31, 1951;and the fixed number of the personnel assigned to the said miscellaneous schools shall be included in the fixed number of the personnel of Tokyo University of Education.

13　昭和二十五年三月三十一日現在において、東京水産大学又は商船大学の職員である者は、別に辞令を発せられないときは、昭和二十五年四月一日に文部大臣によつて、それぞれ同一の職務の級及び俸給の号をもつて当該大学に置かれる相当官職に任命されたものとする。

13.　Unless otherwise ordered, the personnel of Tokyo University of Fishery or University of Mercantile Marine as of March 31, 1950 shall be deemed to have been appointed by the Minister of Education on April 1, 1950 to the positions which correspond to the same class of position and grade of basis pay respectively in the Universities concerned.

Supplementary Provision:

この法律は、昭和二十五年四月一日から施行する。
