In Article 12, "Annex I to III" shall be amended as "Annex I and II."

In Supplementary Provisions paragraph 5, "Tokyo College of Medicine and Dentistry shall continue to exist until March 31, 1950, and" shall be deleted, "shall continue to exist" shall be added next to "and Osaka Youth Normal School," and "Tokyo College of Medicine and Dentistry" shall be deleted.
