Law for Partial Amendments to the Prime Minister's Office Establishment Law
The Prime Minister's Office Establishment Law (Law No.127 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
In the list of Article 15 paragraph 1, the columns of "Traffic Enterprise Adjustment Council," "Local System Research Council" and "Local Tax Committee" shall be deleted;and
"Committee for Allocation of Paper for Newspapers and Publications.
To deliberate upon important matters concerning allocation of paper for newspapers and publications in accordance with the Law for Allocation of Paper for Newspapers and Publications (Law No.211, of 1948)."
shall be amended as
"Committee for Allocation of Paper for Newspapers and Publications.
To deliberate upon important matters concerning allocation of paper for newspapers and publications in accordance with the Law for Allocation of Paper for Newspapers and Publications (Law No.211 of 1948).
Central Juvenile Problems Committee.
To study and deliberate upon necessary matters for establishing consolidative policy of juvenile guidance, protection and correction and to maintain contact and coordination necessary for the appropriate enforcement of the policy thereof.

Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1950.
