副検事の任命資格の特例に関する法律の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendment to the Law for Exception to Qualifications for Being Appointed as Assistant Public Procurators
副検事の任命資格の特例に関する法律（昭和二十二年法律第百九十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Law for Exception to Qualifications for Being Appointed as assistant Public Procurators (Law No.199 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:
「二年以内」を「三年以内」に、「副検事選考委員会」を「副検事選考審査会」に改める。
"Within two years" shall be amended as "within three years" and "Assistant Procurators Selection Committee (fukukenji senko iinkai)" as "Assistant Procurators Selection Committee (fukukenji Senko shinsakai)" .
附　則
Supplementary Provision;
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
