郵便年金法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Post Office Annuities Law
郵便年金法（昭和二十四年法律第六十九号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Post Office Annuities Law (Law No.69 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:
第六條第二項中「簡易生命保險郵便年金事業審議会」を「郵政審議会」に改める。
In Article 6 paragraph 2, "Post Office Life Insurance and Annuities Enterprise Deliberation Committee" shall be amended as "Postal Services Advisory Council for the Minister of Postal Services" .
第十四條第二項中「六千円」を「三千円」に改める。
In Article 14 paragraph 2, "6,000 yen" shall be amended as "3,000 yen" .
第四十二條第一項中「簡易生命保險郵便年金事業審議会」を「郵政審議会」に改める。
In Article 42 paragraph 1, "Post Office Life Insurance and Annuities Enterprise Deliberation Committee" shall be amended as "Postal Services Advisory Council for the Minister of Postal Services" .
附 則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、昭和二十五年四月一日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1950.
