郵政省設置法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Ministry of Postal Services Establishment Law
郵政省設置法（昭和二十三年法律第二百四十四号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Ministry of Postal Services Establishment Law (Law No.244 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows:
第十九條第一項の表の郵政審議会の部中「（簡易生命保險郵便年金事業審議会に附議される事項を除く。）」を削り、同表の簡易生命保險郵便年金事業審議会の部を削る。
In the item of "Postal Services Advisory Council for the Minister of Postal Services" mentioned in the table attached to Article 19 paragraph 1, "(those matters to be deliberated in the Post Office Life Insurance and Annuities Enterprise Deliberation Committee shall be excluded)" shall be deleted;the item of "Post Office Life Insurance and Annuities Deliberation Committee" mentioned in the said table shall be deleted.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、昭和二十五年四月一日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1950.
