Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for Covering the Shortage of Revenues in the Special Account for Deposit Bureau, Ministry of Finance in the Fiscal Year 1950-51
１　政府は、大蔵省預金部特別会計の歳入不足を補てんするため、昭和二十五年度において、一般会計から大蔵省預金部特別会計に繰入金をすることができる。但し、その金額は、三億二千三百二十六万七千円をもつて限度とする。
1　The Government is authorized to transfer the amount from the General Account to the Special Account for Deposit Bureau, Ministry of Finance for the purpose of covering the shortage of revenues in the said Special Account, in the fiscal year 1950-51;provided that the maximum amount thereof shall be 323,267,000 yen.
２　政府は、前項の規定による繰入金については、後日大蔵省預金部特別会計から、その繰入金に相当する金額に達するまでの金額を、予算の定めるところにより、一般会計に繰り入れなければならない。
2　With respect to the transfer prescribed in the preceding paragraph, the Government shall make the transfer from the Special Account for Deposit Bureau, Ministry of Finance to the General Account later on, as prescribed in the budget, up to the amount equivalent to the said transfer.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
